5116 York Blvd, Los Angeles“The best and most welcoming Yoga studio I've been to in LA. Nicole at the front desk is the nicest person ever, and all the teachers are really solid. I've done like 60+ classes here at this point.I do miss more classes being on the patio, but I also understand the smaller capacity out there makes it challenging from a business sustainability standpoint.“
7AM - 8PM
13806 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“I have been going there over 7 years. The place is very clean. All employees are very nice and helpful. Marco is a very hard worker. He cleans the place non-stop. He is very friendly. LA Fitness is very lucky to have a devoted worker like him. Also he always smiles at people when they come in. Make me happy to see his smiling face in the morning.“

965 Foothill Blvd Suite C, La Cañada Flintridge“I am new to CorePower. I tried the free week trial which was very helpful for figuring out which classes and instructors were best suited for me. I have since become a member and have almost completed my first month. I attend Yoga Sculpt and C2 classes several times a week and I am now hooked. I look forward to class and feel great after every workout. Unfortunately some of the classes have been inconsistent with different instructors subbing and even had one cancelled on me so I am hoping for more consistency in that aspect. Shoutout to Lusin Y. Her class is my absolute favorite! I love her fun vibe and she is very sweet and genuine. I am hoping they make her the regular instructor. The facilities are decently clean. There has been a recent improvement in the smell upon entering. Thankfully the studios themselves did not smell and appear to be cleaned in between classes. I look forward to continuing my practice there.“

5612 N Figueroa St, Los Angeles“Kinship Yoga is hands down my favorite yoga studio! Every class I've attended and every instructor I've had the pleasure of practicing with has been exceptional. The studio's ambiance is so inviting, and the rooms create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and focus. From the moment I step in, I'm greeted with positive vibes that enhance my entire experience. I absolutely love everything about Kinship Yoga, and I couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for an outstanding yoga practice.“

4688 Eagle Rock Blvd, Los Angeles“If you're in love with sound baths, this is THE place to go. I've been attending Jamie and Robert's sound baths for more than 10 years. Their musicianship on the crystal bowls and beautiful gongs is incomparable. By the end of every session, my mind and body reach a deep level of relaxation, and any stress I may have had just floats away.“
8:15AM - 5:30PM
2150 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles“Everyone is welcoming and positive! I like the Chill classes when I want a more meditative stretch, I like the Flow classes for a more upbeat flow, and I love/hate the Sweat classes, for when I want my a** kicked. I am a guy and new to yoga, both of which had me worried I'd feel out of place. But I don't, and never have. They had a good deal for my signing up before the end of January, too! The interior design is simple, but with good lighting and some plants here and there. The vaulted ceiling with wooden rafters is pleasant to look at when I'm reaching up for Triangle Pose. ODD is cozy in every way, and I love it. It's only a matter of time before I start crying when we're all lying silent on our mats during a cooldown. I'm grateful I get to take classes here.“

She's knowledgeable, patient, engaging, and takes her time doing her treatment, she never rushes. Her office is clean and the atmosphere she creates is relaxing. Easy to book and she's always available for any follow up questions.“

2089 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena“I've been practicing Bikram Yoga at Hot Yoga Pasadena regularly for a about 13 months now and I can't think of any negative things to say about this studio! It is equipped with clean showers and multiple restrooms. In the beginning, I had a hard time getting used to the smell of sweat in the hot yoga room full of people, but it no longer bothers me. It's just something that you have to get used to if you want to practice hot yoga anywhere.I love my regular instructors (since they pay attention to details and try to push me beyond my limits), but I have never had a bad instructor here. All of them are really encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly.Practicing Bikram Yoga has transformed my life in different ways, both physically and emotionally. Prior to this practice, weekly chiropractic sessions and daily pain medications were not able to completely eliminate the upper back and neck pain that I experienced from long hours of standing (required by my job). I am happy to say that the tension on my neck and shoulders have been significantly reduced (from 6 to 1 on a scale of 1-10) since I started my regular Bikram Yoga practice and I no longer need to visit my chiropractor or my daily pain medications!I'm not going to lie and say that I am totally pain free. In fact, I often feel sore all over my body after 90 minutes of stretching and toning in the hot and humid room, but as the saying goes, "no pain, no gain!" I've tried other methods of weigh loss after having two kids, but couldn't really maintain them. Bikram Yoga has somehow guided me to a healthier life style (with more water and vegetable and less caffeine consumption and eating smaller but more frequent meals). I find that on days that I don't drink enough water or did not eat well, it is harder for me to complete my yoga practice. However, no matter how terrible I feel during the practice, I always enjoy the rush of endorphines after each yoga session. A year of religious Bikram Yoga practice has resulted in a 10-pound weight loss and the decrease in one dress size!Getting started was the hardest step, especially with getting my body used to the heat and the smell of sweat. I'm glad I got over those hurdles and feel very thankful for Hot Yoga Pasadena in providing a clean facility and amazing instructors to help me in this positive self transformation!“

13300 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. Don't even think about it just come! We'll have an amazing workout and you'll meet some of the most wonderful humans in the process #crossfitblvd4life“

Pasadena“I love this virtual yoga class! Mindy is an exceptional teacher, giving detailed instructions throughout each session. Her methods brought me a deep awareness of my body and have resulted in rapid improvements in my posture, balance, flexibility and strength. These classes go far beyond yoga and provide deep somatic techniques that lead to long-lasting change.“

W Altadena Dr #123, Altadena“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marna. I reached out to her as I passed my estimated due date and the possibility of induction was brought up by my OB. My goal was to have an unmediated birth so at the recommendation of my hypnobirthing instructor, I booked a reflexology session with Marna to see if we could get things moving.
She arrived and her spirit made me feel completely at ease before our session even began. The reflexology appointment did so much good, completely relaxed me and (no exaggeration) took down my ankle swelling by 90%! The next day I had a big release of emotion and a huge urge to organize anything and everything and the day after that my water broke in the very early morning!
My labor in hospital went quickly and well and so did my delivery. Marna’s work delivered that extra nudge my body needed to get going on its own. Without question, I would recommend her to any woman approaching her time to give birth and would absolutely want to work with her again myself next time I’m pregnant!“

2359 Fair Park Ave, Los Angeles“Magic is real and this man is a very very real wizard. I had my right leg lengthened eight times as a child and consequently have had chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy and compensation patterns that make it very difficult to concentrate, breathe, sleep, or plan beyond the next 3-5 days— without me needing to say any of that, Jack put hands directly onto the persistent thorn in my side, released it with what I can only describe as lasers coming out of his fingers, and then proceeded to put the rest of my bones back into place. My hips move, my eyeballs track, my heel is in contact with the ground. There are elements of massage and osteopathy but there’s something else that’s in a league of its own— it was so effective for me that I’m now making life moves to study it formally. You will not find this kind of healing easily anywhere else. Go see Jack, he will cure what ails you.“

“I have trained with Zoe at RITUAL and it has been life changing/ transformative. Zoe is an incredible trainer and the space is gorgeous. My body has transformed and the way I understand fitness has evolved completely. I saw Zoe before, during, and after my first pregnancy and she moved through all of those (very different) phases seamlessly and motivated and supported my fitness goals and evolving body throughout. Zoe also trains a few other people I know and she tailors the trainings to everyone differently based on their needs. I truly could not recommend Zoe and RITUAL fitness more highly.
Also I always had an easy time parking and could go get coffee or lunch after on York Street! A++ spot.“

200 E Del Mar Blvd Suite 216, Pasadena“I had a wonderful experience at Vital Integrative Medicine in Pasadena. The team truly takes the time to listen and understand your health concerns rather than rushing through an appointment. Their approach with a holistic perspective is wounderful, which made me feel confident that my overall well-being—not just symptoms—was being addressed.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The office environment is calm, clean, and well organized, making each visit comfortable and stress-free.
Their commitment to patient care really stands out.“

2023 Bay St, Los Angeles“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!“

I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and excited to come back. Highly recommend!“

200 S Los Angeles St Suite E, Los Angeles“The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.“

“My daughter has been coming here for about 5 months now. She is 7 years old. My daughter has always loved dancing but lacked the confidence. Sapphire has given my daughter the confidence she needed to be able to dance freely. Now she is the first one out on the dance floor!“
