This review is for Alinda's boxing class. Super beginner friendly and small sized. Everyone is really nice! Alinda is an outstanding teacher and very patient. As a beginner, I felt really comfortable learning from her. She provides guidance and friendly constructive feedback. The sessions are very thorough with stretches in the beginning, different drills catered to your level, and ending with core exercises. Highly recommended! Thank you Alinda

I've been Crossfiting for the past 10 years and Mixtape has been by far has been the best!! What sets mixtape from all the other Crossfit boxes is 1. The coaches 2. The hours for open gym Monday to Friday 3. The community and the vibe!! 4. This is the only place where I can set my wallet and cell phone and not worry about it!! Sadie and Jason ( the owners ) have the best outlook in life and it shows when they coach and just sit down for a chat... If you want a place to train and just get healthy come to mixtape...

Awesome gym for crossfit and boxing! It is clean, stylish, and well maintained. Has new equipment to use. Everyone at the gym, including coaches, is very welcoming. Coaches are really great about teaching all levels and pushing everyone to do their best. I've been doing crossfit for about 3 -4 years, and this place by far has been the best! There are few on site parking spaces, so be prepared to come a few minutes early to find street parking nearby if you come during peak hours. I haven't had difficulty finding street parking.
