I brought in my parent's living room window to get replaced. The customer service over the phone from Chris was quick and super helpful, I was able to text her photos of the window as well and she reassured me they could do the job (there's two prices: if you ask for a house call or if you can bring in the item yourself) Chris' manager assisted me in the store and had the job finished within 1-2 hrs. Great turnaround time and quality!
