I had to replace the window balancer on my Milgard windows. I called Garland - Fields glass and windows since I saw they were authorized dealers. I have never had to do any sort of upkeep on my windows so this was definitely out of my comfort zone. When I called they were really helpful and instructing me on what I needed and when I walked in they walked me through how to find the serial number how to fix the balancer from start to finish. I ordered my replacement parts and I was advised it would take 7 to 10 business days and then I got a call later on in the day letting me know they had the piece and I could come pick it up! I ordered a glass shower panel and some mirrors for a project. They are very knowledgeable and great prices that were lower than big box stores. When they said they would get back to me with prices they followed through within 24 hours.
