Action was recommended to us by a friend who used them for their house in El Cajon and for her parents' house. Our experience from the very beginning with David coming out to give an estimate to installation was pleasant and without a fuss. David looked at our windows and said they are still good except for the failed glass panels. We had 16 panels of glass replaced with a quick turnaround from critical measurements, ordering, and installation which only took 5 hours by a crew who cleaned after themselves leaving our house clean.
