We met with a few window companies before we found David and Action Window, and after completing the work, we would choose Action Window over and over again. David was the most knowledgeable by far of all the window people we met with, and he educated us on local regulations/features required by law (especially important since our home is situated in a fire zone). David also personally comes for the estimate and measures the windows so that the estimate is an accurate reflection of the job price. Action Window also offered the most competitive quote of the other companies we met with. Action Window's installation crew were quick and professional. They handled our property with care and consideration. Action Window responded to all communications in a quick and timely fashion. David took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and even went the extra mile to do some in-person research on some of my more specific questions. The home looks great now and the soundproofing makes a significant difference in our daily lives.
David was super easy to work with as I was a bit wishy washy on what I wanted done. His advice was solid while talking be through the options they offer. We got the work scheduled and completed pretty quickly at a good price. It turned out really nice and my house is so much more quiet now. My furnace hardly ever runs and I'm looking forward to a heat wave to see how much it improves this summer! I like paying a fair price for quality work and Action delivered. I also prefer to go with local professional contractors instead of high-pressure affiliates of big companies or flakey noobs and Dave has been in the industry for decades in San Diego.
We had originals windows from 1986. I was always hesitant to get new windows because since it's a big project and cost $$$$. I had three quotes and met all the sales representatives. David and Dee were great and honest and very easy to work with. They were patient in answering my questions. On the day of the installation, David along with installers on time and worked effectively and efficiently. They cleaned up well and they finished installing 18 windows in a day and half. David came the second day to check if everything in good order and nothing was missed. He is quick to respond to my inquiry and always had a smile on his face. I highly recommend Action Windows!
