The team of RKC did a great job. They were professional, polite, fully cleaned up, and asked me a number of questions before and during install to be sure I was happy with how they installed the patio cover. For example, not just the location of specific things, but how it was positioned. To me, this means they not only cared, but cared what I wanted. I also didn't feel rushed as I figured out what I wanted (for example, deciding where I wanted the panels that would have the lights)
Did everything go perfect....no (had a couple leaks). They were out right away to address the problem. No push back, no questioning...just came out and addressed the issue.

Excellent experience with RKC. Pete the salesman came out quickly gave me Excellent price for top of the line product beating the other contractors. Rick the owner came next day as they said they would got final measurements and ordered materials. Couldn't be more pleased. Hard to find a contractor these days who do what they say they are going to. Great company highly suggest calling for outdoor construction needs.

Overall, the patio cover installed looks very nice. We had some communication challenges at points, but RKC made a strong effort to resolve them and achieve a satisfactory solution.
