I’ve been training with Own-It Fitness for about five months now, and it’s been exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a boutique gym environment with semi-private sessions, personalized attention, and trainers who actively track progress and keep you motivated—and this place delivers on all of that. I loved training at Own It Fitness! The space is clean, well maintained, and the bright interiors make it feel energizing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The variety of training tools kept workouts fun and engaging. I also loved the music they played during workouts — it really helped me with motivation and energy, especially during tougher sets.🎶

This place is the best! I've been training there since October, and I have really loved how they met me right where I was physically and ability-wise. After the initial few sessions, they worked me up to harder exercises, but in a comfortable and appropriate way. I've worked primarily with Mir (who is terrific), but all of Miguel's team are friendly and super helpful. Check them out. :-)
