Teddy is a great trainer full of motivation and enthusiasm. He is very flexible with my schedule. Everyone is very welcoming and creates an awesome atmosphere. Teddy has helped me a lot to get back on track and start looking out for my health. After being consistent in my workout my anxiety has went away completely. I totally recommend Teddy as a trainer to help you with your fitness life and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

Joined this gym for their 16 week challenge. I am a person who like group exercise, it help to motivate me. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and very kind. The bonus for me is there are a lot of black women of all ages participating in this challenge to get healthy and fit. There is personal one on one training as well. My only con is I wish the group classes were an hour instead of 30 minutes. If you are looking to get healthy and fit, you won't go wrong with Teddy's

This place has been a game-changer. I love working out with the crew. We all become very close. Everybody works hard. Everybody's seen progress. Excellent trainers, Erica and Deyantae; Luis is on point as wellI love the variety of the workouts.All the people that have been there from my start have continued. I am so VERY pleased and satisfied with Teddy's total gym. I have made progress after several weeks. I've lost 8.5 inches off my whole body.
