Lucas let me know everything that was wrong and exactly what I needed. Despite previously being a loyal customer of the other company I could not believe the difference.. Lucas showed me the breakdown and I was able to see the model number and BTU was the same as the other company that was over charging me.

I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. The last leak we had ( different plumber) he blew concrete dust all over the house missed the leak by a foot and had to try again! So this company I definitely recommend!!!“
