My Dad is 91 and still lives on his own. He called ARS to come unclog a drain in the bathroom even though I'd said I could come over. He already got other bids of up $195 to $250 just for an unclog. Adam showed up, unclogged the drain in 5 mins and ran hot water through it, and told my dad "no charge for old timers." Guess who'll he will be calling the next time he has a real plumbing need..... Hope karma works its way to Adam's parents. :-)
