“Working with Muhammad has been great! Love this guy and his team. I have a house built in '97 that I bought recently. Some of the plumbing is sus. I've had Muhammad do three jobs for me with escalating severity. First, I needed somebody to cap my gas line because I was electrifying my home. Out of several plumbers I called, Precision Plumbing was the only company that was able to come out and do it at a non-catastrophic price.
Second, I had a leak into my garage that was apparently from my bathtub drain. He was able to cut the drywall underneath and completely replace my drain and associated plumbing, and patch and paint the drywall. What stuck out to me what his extremely fast responsiveness and availability, and now my drain works perfectly.
Third, I found a leak on the side of my house that turned out to be a hidden drain pipe leak from my upstairs bathroom sink. He was able to visit and investigate the day after I reported it to him. (He was available to come in a couple hours, but I requested the day after for personal reasons.) A couple days later, he brought a team. They cut the external wall and they found multiple breaks in this drain line. Muhammad replaced all the cracked and poorly joined fittings while keeping the straight run, and stayed while we tested the line. He was also able to advise on downstream repairs, where there was water and mold damage to the sheathing.

“This review is long overdue and it was probably by more than a year. My water heater stopped working and it turned out to be under a manufacturer recall. I called Amor Plumbing to schedule the installation once the new parts arrived, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. “I had to call Clearwater Plumbing to have our water heater replaced because it was leaking. I called and Tyler was the person who took my call. He said it would take him a few hours to take a look at our water heater because he was working another job. Tyler went out of his way to text me with updates on when he would arrive. He quickly found the leak in the water heater and found the date of manufacture to determine that it was at the end of its service life. He left to pick up the new water heater and miscellaneous parts he would need to install the new water heater and was back in an hour and a half. The install was not easy, it seemed like the water heater was fighting him, but Tyler was just focused on completing the job. He connected new lines at the top of the water heater and noticed that water was collecting on one of the connections. It was something that easily could have been overlooked but he closed the valve and removed the line and went to his truck to find another line. He even cut the straps that held the water heater on the stand. The last plumber just folded the extra length of the straps out of the way. Tyler shut off the water main at the side of our house and noticed the valve was not functioning properly. He needed to use a key to shut off the water from the street. He replaced the shut off valve with a valve he had inside his truck. Tyler just made an expensive and unexpected repair a pleasant experience. He pays attention to the little details and he does it correctly the first time. Clearwater plumbing will definitely get my business again.“
