They make my life easy when it comes to figuring out my contacts and glasses situation. Same for figuring out complicated insurance coverage, they’re super knowledgeable. They are kind enough to give me honest opinions on how my glasses look on me haha. And they are always super helpful. Very much appreciate them, they’ve kept me coming back to this store. Not to mention the wide variety of frames. I always ask for narrow frames and they have a good selection. Highly recommend.“

Dr. Joy Lam is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her patients and their long-term eye health. She takes the time to explain what’s actually going on with your eyes instead of rushing you through the appointment, which I really appreciate.

I originally came in for my routine glasses exams (even got some new frames here) and eventually decided to try contacts. Dr. Lam was honestly the best “contact lens coach” I could have asked for. If you’ve ever tried putting contacts in for the first time, you know it can feel like a full sport… but she was patient, encouraging, and made sure I felt confident before I left.

She’s also helped me navigate dry eye issues, which can be frustrating, and I always feel like she’s thinking about the bigger picture rather than just offering quick fixes.

The staff here are also wonderful — kind, welcoming, and just really pleasant to interact with. The whole office has a calm, positive energy that makes the experience easy from start to finish.

“Dr. Wong is the best. He really cares for his patients and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. My whole family (myself, husband and 2 kids) go to him and he's great with the kids also. I once had an emergency and he was kind enough to meet us at his office with zero notice on a Saturday night. We've never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment and his office staff is also very nice and responsive. He's got a good selection of eyewear brands and also helped me to choose which sunglasses would fit my face the best. 1000% recommend this business and Dr. Wong.“

“I was quite pleased with Dr. Ally Tran's care today! I think she just started recently, but she seemed to be the most thorough optometrist I've had so far. Aside from the standard course of tests, she used some yellow dye to check for eye dryness, which was completely new to me. Turns out I had inadvertently complained about potential dry eyes when I mentioned a constantly teary left eye. After inspection she diagnosed this to be eyelashes that were pointed downwards, which may be causing irritation. Glad to be under her care today!“
