Customer attention and care provided by Rommel, is exceptional. He provides expert advice on frames, makes adjustments, conducts portions of the eye exams with very good guidance. Dr.Kwong listens attentively to any new issues occurring with my eyes, tests accordingly, and consistently offers additional ways to maintain good eye health i.e. appropriate drops, vitamin supplements, etc. Receptionist also has a pleasant and calm demeanor

Recently visited Testin Kwong.O.D. for an annual eye exam and was thoroughly impressed. Despite years of eye exams, he managed to identify new, unnoticed issues and offered practical, tailored advice for eye care. Appreciate the blend of using advanced technology and his expertise. Exceptional service and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for detailed and considerate eye care!
