Dr. Kagan helped us with new prescription glasses for me, and the first prescription glasses for my spouse. Very friendly and personalized care, dr. is ready to dwell into details and concerns. Highly recommend!

This review is a bit overdue. Due to Covid, I wasn't able to make it back east to visit the family for a couple of years. My optometrist is also located there, so I couldn't seem him either. I now needed an eye check up in California for the first time in decades. I found Dr. Kagan and the Family Eye Center Optometry through Yelp. I can confirm that the superb reviews are well-deserved. Dr. Kagan is a very knowledgeable eye doctor and also a very nice person. Her service and price are about as good as it gets. Highly recommended !

Dr. Kagan is phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, patient, and personable with a lot of integrity. She makes herself available to busy schedules and works thoroughly through the entire process: the examination, picking out glasses, squaring everything away with insurance, and everything in between. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kagan for a few years and anyone who decides to see Dr. Kagan will be in great hands.
