My experience with Focus has been wonderful. They caught issues with my eye early with their thorough exams & are always immediately available for urgen needs(happened twice for me) highly recommend

I’ve gone to the same optometrist for the last 30 years in San Francisco by my office until they closed 3 years ago. Reason being was the large selection and they were able to order custom lenses the way I liked. After they closed, I was in the hunt for a new place closer to home. Tried downtown San Mateo, was disappointed. Thought I’d give Focus Optometry a try. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are able to order customize lenses and also custom clip-on sunglasses 👍🏻. The other morning i woke up and noticed my frames were bent badly. Thinking hopefully I can have the arm ordered and repaired. Went in and Nancy helped me. I’d have to order new frames but Nancy was able to slowly bend them back to shape. I was relieved and so glad she was able to do that. I actually ordered another pair of glasses that day for a spare. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Feliciano is so AWESOME! Very professional and so kind to her patients. She runs a clean and well organized office. State-of-the-art equipments and lots of variety, name brand frames. Her staff are so helpful and friendly. They all make you feel at home. I highly, highly recommend Focus Optometry. Once you go “Focus”, you will never get “Unfocus” 😃
