Always 5* service and help here. I wish I knew last time that they offered sun adjusting options when I bought my first sunglass style. They are super helpful and know when to walk away and let you try on and figure it out
Warby Parker is a great concept in prescription eye ware. They are vertically integrated, deeply care about their quality and offer great quality at reasonable prices. Their staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Service to fix little problems with eye ware such as adjustments, loose hardware etc. are fixed efficiently in store. I highly recommend them!!
