This location in Palo Alto has such a friendly staff. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful. Ryan helped me choose my reading glasses, he was patient and thorough. However my previous experience with there other staff were just as amazing too. Definitely would recommend to others.

Always 5* service and help here. I wish I knew last time that they offered sun adjusting options when I bought my first sunglass style. They are super helpful and know when to walk away and let you try on and figure it out
