Love Warby Parker. Staff at this location are warm and welcoming. Helped my partner select his glasses and a couple months later needed them repaired. The staff did it for free. Love how attentive and helpful everyone is.
Leonard was superfriendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy or overbearing at all and answered all my questions about insurance, frame styles, and transition options. He was detailed in his description of differences in frames, pointing out the top and bottom shapes, the position of nose bridge, etc. The store was very clean and well kept.
Staff was friendly. Store was inviting and easy to try on their vast selection of glasses. And the prices are unbeatable. Had my old lenses (from Warby Parker) replaced for a fraction of the price for new glasses. And bought several pairs of prescription glasses.
