I have had a good experience on past visits with the exception of my most recent visit.
Please be aware of that there may be surprise upcharges for services that are not necessary.
In my past visits, I did not have any copay as services were fully covered by my insurance.
However, on my most recent visit, I had the unpleasant surprise at checkout of being presented with a bill. No advance notice for the additional out of pocket charge was given at any time. I am fine with paying extra for additional services, however a patient should be informed in advance and given the choice to opt into or out of additional services that are not strictly necessary. Dr. Owyang and Giselle are always professional, friendly, responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable. Our family has been with her for over 5 years, and have been so grateful to have her as our optometrist. We appreciate her thoughtfulness when considering our individual vision issues, and her thoroughness when making recommendations.

My appointment today with Dr. Keri Owyang-Chapman was amazing. She uses the latest technology which makes my experience so pleasant. She has Saturday hours and parking is convenient. She runs her business with honesty and integrity. She didn't try to upsell me with anything I didn't really need. I'm so happy I found someone that I can trust and not just rush me out.
