Doctor Lai considers every aspect and detail in the eye exam thoroughly. He is very patient with all the questions. He provides detailed information but more importantly put things into contexts so that the patient can more easily understand the situations, influences, and considerations. The staff are all helpful, friendly, and efficient.
Dr. Sharon Ho was always knowledgeable and makes you feel like more than just a patient checked off of a list. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be a patient. She and her team were very patient while teaching me how to use contacts. When I was pregnant, Dr. Sharon Ho shared stories about her mothering experiences. I always knew I was in good hands.
