I was drawn to their we site + the building holds some sentimental significance I wasn't expecting the level of personalcare I received-I was happily surprised! First Anna helped me; shes professional and so kind, she was knowledgeable and explained things along the way. Then, I had the great pleasure of meeting Dr. Gould-what a treat! kind, personable, sweet thoughtful, professional, compassionate and cute as a button!! The two guys I have worked with (Justin and Alex) have been there for years and they are always going above and beyond. They make my life easy when it comes to figuring out my contacts and glasses situation. Same for figuring out complicated insurance coverage, they’re super knowledgeable. They are kind enough to give me honest opinions on how my glasses look on me haha. And they are always super helpful. Very much appreciate them, they’ve kept me coming back to this store. “Dr. Wong is the best. He really cares for his patients and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. My whole family (myself, husband and 2 kids) go to him and he's great with the kids also. I once had an emergency and he was kind enough to meet us at his office with zero notice on a Saturday night. We've never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment and his office staff is also very nice and responsive. He's got a good selection of eyewear brands and also helped me to choose which sunglasses would fit my face the best. 1000% recommend this business and Dr. Wong.“
