A genuinely good eyewear and eye-check-up store in Downtown PA. Dr. Cindy Pouw is amazing! She was very patient and thorough with the eye examination procedures while also detailing the results for easier comprehension. And they have a range of frames from the big names like Lindberg to more affordable ones.While one would naturally expect that due to the upscale location of the store itself, it's offerings would be exorbitantly priced and lack transparency but it is really not the case!They make a genuine effort to break down every cost associated, in front of you so you can make a prudent yet quality-filled choice.In summary, an A++ store!

Everyone was very helpful and thorough in their explanations. They reviewed my vision benefits prior to my appointment which was helpful. The doctor was very kind, friendly, and walked me through each step. I didn’t end up needing glasses or contacts but I’m sure if I did they would be great through that process too.

My husband and I have been Dr. Joy Lam's patients for years. She is knowledgeable and very attentive.She does a great job with exams and considers her patient's needs.She noticed that my eyes were dehydrated at my most recent appointment. I have experienced watering eyes for a long time, and nobody has ever found an excellent solution to my problem. After a close exam of my eyelids, she noticed that my oil glands were entirely clogged and suggested a treatment: a deep cleaning of my eye glands.
