Both provide services in a highly professional manner and are responsive to all questions asked and manages the visit in a highly professional manner. Lauren, Jenny and Veronica provides a warm and comfortable office environment, with smooth patient intake, professional fitting of eyewear and handling of insurance and payments.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Tian and I was very impressed! She is knowledgeable, caring, patient and doesn’t make you feel rushed. As much as I hate to see Dr. Fong leave, I think she did a very good job in finding her replacement. I feel very confident in continuing my eye care with Dr. Tian.
Dr. Fong is an exceptional provider who takes the time to understand me as a patient. She has guided me through prescription and eye changes over 20+ years with kindness and thoughtfulness including some creative solutions to contact lens challenges.
The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful in billing and order fulfillment. New glasses are always fitted with precision, even if it takes a few tries.
