I have been seeing Dr. Lovering for over 20 years and highly recommend her and the California Avenue Optometry Clinic. Dr. Lovering is professional, warm, and excellent at her craft. I appreciate the variety of frames available and ease of using VSP insurance. The staff are helpful in choosing the right frame for your face. Support a local business and get the specialized service we all look for in our service professionals. I felt compelled to post a review when I saw someone left a bogus 1 star. Ridiculous.

Wanted to say thank you to Jessica and the team at California Optical for helping my daughter with a contact emergency while she was down at college in Palo Alto! They were very responsive and helpful and got her fixed right up!

A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Baggett knows his profession and takes the time to find the best lenses fit. The office staff are helpful in setting appointments and selecting frames. If you want to get the job done quickly and properly, and willing to pay a little more, this is a good choice.
