Jessica and Emily were beyond helpful when my daughter was traveling with her college sport team and had to replace her contacts in an emergency situation in order to compete that same night! Jessica and Emily were able to fill a script that would do the job immediately and my daughter was able to focus on her game instead of not having contacts! Thank you so much to Jessica and Emily for saving the day!!!

I had a good experience at California Avenue Optometry & Contact Lens Clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. The eye examination was thorough, and the optometrist clearly explained the results and answered my questions without rushing. The clinic is clean, well organized, and conveniently located near California Avenue. A reliable place in Palo Alto for eye exams, glasses, and contact lens services.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was in town visiting my mom and lost a contact lens. In a blurry panic I came here (with an emailed prescription from my doc in New York), and Jessica was wonderful!! She gave me a sample not just of the lens I had lost, but one for my other eye too. She also gave me some saline solution! I was blown away by how kind and helpful she was as I was a disheveled mess off the street LOL— I hope her bosses know what a gem she is!
