“I had Kendrick Heating & Air over on August 8, 2025 to service my split unit AC/Heating unit in the bedroom, which was leaking water. They came over right away, diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. The quality of the work was top-notch and I appreciate the friendly, rapid service. That said, I feel the service was too expensive -- $628 for a visit to my house and maybe 45 - 50 minutes of labor and no parts. The price was the reason for the 4/5 stars.

I would hire them again because the work was excellent, but I might try shop around to find a more competitive price.“

“We made an appointment with Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to evaluate and inspect our heating system. We had a problem with a lack of hot air blowing from the vents. I was very happy, that when I called they answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately. This response is excellent, because our home is in Truckee and it is not always that easy getting service. We received a text that Jonathan was on the way the day of the appointment. When Jonathan arrived he was vey professional. He did a thorough inspection and evaluation. He explained everything he checked followed by a detailed email with specifics and pictures. Jonathan found that the inducer motor was not running to its optimum efficiency and may need to be addressed. We were given an estimate for replacement. Our experience with Mavericks was excellent, we will definitely be using them for our future needs.“

“We were two days away from a huge July 4th celebration when our central air conditioning system stopped working around 10PM. We’d been in the house for less than a year after returning to the Sacramento area from out of state. I was happy to find Bradshaw Heating and Air was still in business and I called just after 8AM the next morning to see if there was any way to make an appointment before our party. Knowing how busy they’d be in the heat of the summer I was happy to hear Roy tell me he could come the next day – just in time to save our celebration. He’d been working until 10:30 the night before and already had a full slate of appointments scheduled that day, so I was surprised when he texted me that afternoon and asked if he could come at 5:30 to assess the problem. When his van pulled up in front of the house I was glad to see he and Dallas were still a team. They’ve been doing this for so long I truly believe there’s no problem they can’t solve. It took just a few moments to diagnose the issue, and they had our system up in running in a few minutes. I could’ve called another company, but I relied on Roy and his team for years before moving away. I know I can trust them to show up when needed and they’ll never try to sell services that aren’t necessary. I’m so happy folks in the Sacramento area still have a resource like Roy they can depend on.“

“The customer service during our drain clearing appointment was excellent. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our situation and where the clog was located and took care of clearing the pipe. The price was reasonable too and they did not charge a separate travel fee to come to your house. Before he left, the plumber ran water to make sure the line was cleared. It seems like an easy task, but we had spent the previous two days trying to fix it ourselves and just made a big mess of stinky water on the ground. Thank you Rooter Hero.“
