Kevin was so helpful and kind. He spent a lot of his day at our house fixing our AC, that we were told (by another company) was beyond repair. We’re so grateful to be able to hold off one more year on buying a new unit, and we’ll definitely be using Kendrick for that.
They were quick to come out, honest and the best at what they do.
These guys are very, very good. Show up on time, polite, considerate, etc. It will take us a week or two until we know if the work performs according to plan, nonetheless, we were very pleased with the workmanship and the level of consideration given to our concerns.
Excellent service! Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the HVAC issue in detail and clearly walked me through the different options available to resolve it. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to answer my questions without making me feel pressured.
I had a great experience with this company and especially with Mike. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs.
