I called at 9am Monday morning, they were at my house right away by 11am. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with one of my AC units in 30 mins. Super professional, tolerated our dogs and ultimately got our upstairs cool again during this heat wave. The best service experience we’ve ever had! Highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.
I called Kendrick on Friday afternoon. My a/c wasn’t working and my thermostat was black. Wade made a call and sent Jordan to my house to check on my issue. Jordan arrived within 15 minutes. He was already on his way home for the day. He found the issue quickly and discovered we had an outlet that had burned. He went out and found the part we needed and fixed it promptly. Our a/c is working great. I would recommend Kendrick to everyone. Thank you Jordan
It's always great to find a go-to contractor where you live. I picked Kendrick HVAC out of the blue and I'm 100% happy with all aspects of the service they provided. They were prompt (within a few hours of the call) and Jerry worked fast and quickly diagnosed the problems all the while explaining the system and educating me as he worked. He showed up promptly the next day with the parts he had to obtain and finished it all up. I had a secondary problem with a heat pump and he worked with me to get that going as well. I'd braced myself for a BIG bill and it was way more than reasonable for all the time he put into it. 5 stars for sure!
