Great honest service! I called to have someone assess why my thermostat and heater was not functioning. David came out within 90 minutes. He looked at the situation, and determined the thermostat had failed as opposed to the furnace system. Instead of trying to upsell anything, he suggested a couple 'best performing' thermostat units, gave me a couple pointers on proper installation, let me know that if I ran into any issues or had questions, I could call him, and also informed me that the city of Roseville, SMUD, PGE, all offer rebates. I am so happy my family found this company, after having someone come to our house previously who quoted us about $3,000 more and we did not qualify for financing. We were feeling defeated, with two elderly and children in the home, temps almost reaching 90 in the house. I searched out for a second opinion. Not only did they fix the problem, fast and efficient.
