AC Replacement by EHAS was excellent! Since we were looking for a Lennox system, purchasing the replacement and installation services through the Costco program gave us access to membership rebates. This was a big help in softening the cost impact. From the get-go, scheduling appointments with the front office was easy and I appreciate Jamie's flexibility in meeting our immediate needs. Angel just came out to look at my A/C and was amazing! He took his time to look under the house, my ac unit, and my furnace, made recommendations on what was a nice to have vs more urgent to fix, and did not pressure me to make any decisions on the spot. He was wonderful and I will absolutely use this company for repairs. Highly recommend!
I definitely take back any derogatory comments I made before about this company. Zack was at my house for a while today trying to find out why I have high humidity in my home and he did a great and thorough job. Super frustrating to have a brand new home that is so uncomfortable to live in. He knew HRV and modern systems really well and found more about my system than I previously knew. Definitely call this place if you have a situation or problem of unknown cause or origin.
