“AC went out during July 24 heat wave, highly rated in checkbook.org, I can see why. Could not come immediately due to huge AC problems thought out Marin. Came in on Friday of the four day weekend of July 4th to help people, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. Had the capacitor in his truck, fixed it with no special holiday cost, just a standard service call and part cost. They went out of their way to quickly obtain the necessary parts to repair our radiant heating system so that we didn't have to endure a cold home any longer than necessary during the winter. The technician verified the leak I suspected in the hall bathroom toilet. He reviewed my options and installed the new parts that solved the problem. He also checked the toilet in the other bathroom to see if it was in good condition. We discussed enhancements to our toilets at my request so that I could begin thinking about fancier facilities in the future. I was impressed by his range of knowledge about systems available and by his willingness to “prop up” my aging toilets to last a little longer. He left all work areas immaculate. He also showed me how to read my water meter so that I could always check to see if the meter was running when I thought it should be still.“
