If I could give 10 stars based on my experience with Richard Osorio Heating & AC I gladly would! If anyone has ever been in the unfortunate position of having their heater/furnace go out during the holidays, and cold of winter please read on!Nothing is worse than having to pay for multiple visits from service technicians to repair the problem only for the heater to break down again weeks later, and being told you probably need to buy a brand new furnace when your current furnace is only 10 years old!I found Richard Osorio on Yelp, and based on the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day we've had all year. I found Richard's contact info on Bryant website and I am so glad I called him. He immediately picked up the phone, scheduled to come by that afternoon, quickly located the problem with the air conditioning unit, replaced the part and now we have cool air again! A consummate professional - knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and good human being. Thank-you Richard!

Richard and team were great to work with! A good crew who was easy to communicate with, and installed our new heat pump unit at a great value. Such a blessing to have AC as we head into warmer weather!
