“Peter Levi Plumbing sent me a photo and short bio of the technician who would be helping me find a continuous water leak as reported by the county water provider. The technician verified the leak I suspected in the hall bathroom toilet. He reviewed my options and installed the new parts that solved the problem. He also checked the toilet in the other bathroom to see if it was in good condition. We discussed enhancements to our toilets at my request so that I could begin thinking about fancier facilities in the future. I was impressed by his range of knowledge about systems available and by his willingness to “prop up” my aging toilets to last a little longer. He left all work areas immaculate. He also showed me how to read my water meter so that I could always check to see if the meter was running when I thought it should be still.“
