“Hassler did maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. They did a great job and cleaned the filters. It fixed the problem of circuit breakers going off when using the hot water for bath. They also installed my heating system and I use them for maintenance yearly.

Just a follow up for 2026: This year Denali came and did a great job. He did a thorough job of maintaining the furnace and adjusting the flow of hot air through the system. He also cleaned and de-skilled my tankless hot water heater.“

“This review is for a major HVAC upgrade we did with them in 2021. I really appreciated their detailed back and forth on system design, which allowed me to focus on energy efficiency and comfort (we had them install a variable speed heat pump system). The work was done in schedule and with a lot of attention to detail. All the air vents were redone, which meant enlarging holes in the floor. Something that's potentially messy but came out really nicely. There were only two hiccups: 1. They initially installed the wrong thermostat. A variable speed heat pump needs a specialized wall controller. After I noticed that, they sent a senior technician to have it replaced. 2. Despite being listed as a BayREN contractor, they failed to apply for the rebate for me and even after a lot of prodding, they just didn't do it. It seemed their office staff was completely overwhelmed and their leadership not paying enough attention I still use them for annual service and friends have had great experience with them. I would have given them five stars if not for the rebate debacle.“

They did a great job, initially responding to a Saturday call on the same day. I've been working with Tim who is nice, professional, communicates well, and does a great job. (Called them to track down the source of a leak in my upstairs shower) The leak diagnostic was expensive but ended up saving thousands since it revealed the pipes and valves were not leaking. Turns out my leak is likely related to grout damage from recent earthquakes.

“I got my HVAC system installed by 3rd gen in 2022, this week the heater stopped working . I gave them a call and Devin and Ceaser visited today to fix the issue. They were at the house right at the appointment time, understood the issue and fixed in few minutes. I found them very knowledgeable and friendly.
