Rolf was great, her replaced and repaired my heating system. He is most considerate and careful.
However, if he had not experienced the loud explosive noise from the water heater, which was the reason I had contacted Burkell in the first place, the problem would not have been solved. The first man to arrive called someone at your office but could not define the problem. Keith then came & inspected, also ignoring the reason for my concern and sent Rolf to repair whatever, the noise continues and now I am without hot water for at east 5 days. How about it?
Odor problems from possible Sewer line leak. Owner had disappeared before plumber got here, and he chased down several possible sources of the problem. He had very good, smart ideas, but nothing solid as he did not have the odor to work with to locate the problem. He has suggested duct cleaning, possibly.
