I thought Colin and his team did an excellent job of installing two heat pumps in my SF home. The guys were respectful of my home and diligent and just generally nice. There were issues that needed to be addressed because of the structure of my home and Colin was great at working with me to get a good solution. I am very happy with the job and the people who did it.
Colin at TechAir was great. We got a competitive price on two ductless compressor units outside and eight wall units. He worked with us on all the details and getting it done quickly. The AC is great and I’m sure the heat will be awesome come winter.
Our HVAC system had been breaking off-and-on for several years and the original installer was not able or willing to address the problems, sometimes making us wait months for him to come out. After contacting Colin at TechAir, he came out within a couple days and had everything fixed and working within 2 weeks, including ordering needed parts. He was easy to work with, explained things well, and got the job done, all at a reasonable price.
