Rowan showed up on short notice, found the problem with my radiant heat floor, and saved the day. A part was needed for my airbnb system and he found the last part available in the SF and got the system running beautifully (also with a new thermostat) on short notice. Spectacular service! Yes, I know, it sounds exaggerated; but, it's truly an accurate description of my experience with Marin Mechanicsl.We arrived at a property we had not used for several weeks and realized that the radiant heat system was not working. I scanned Yelp to find a suitable company to help with the problem and reached-out to MM. My call was answered by a knowledgable person who asked logical questions to assess my problem. Since it was late afternoon, he told me they could have a tech out early the next day. Marin Mechanical did a great job replacing our ancient water heater and radiant heat system in our Alliance '50's home in Terra Linda. Jarrett and crew were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company.
