Osvin and his team were very responsive and communicated well. They were able to install a heat pump less than a week after I contacted them and got the work done in a day. The team arrived on time and was professional. Definitely a solid HVAC contractor!

Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest nights this winter. A Red Mountain technician was at our door about an hour and a half after I called. Twenty minutes later, the broke was replaced and we had our heat back on!

My furnace failed at 3:00 pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend. Osvin showed up at 4:00 pm and took his time taking a look. Unfortunately, the furnace needed to be replaced...and was a fire hazard! Osvin gave me an estimate right then and told me they would be back on Tuesday, following the holiday. Victor and Bresli showed up at 8:00 on the dot on Tuesday morning and went to work. They were done by 1:00 pm. They were efficient; respectful of my house, cleaned everything up beautifully and were extremely pleasant to work with. I have heat again thanks to Red Mountain Heating and Air. Will definitely call these guys again!
