“Acrat Plumbing was unable to complete replacement of my hydronic water heater, due their supplier not carrying this uncommon type of water heater. However, he put in quite a bit of time researching it for me, working with my home warranty company, and attempting to obtain the needed unit. That level of service deserves recognition and the reward of my future business. I will definitely use Acrat Plumbing in the future.“

“Brian Adams was able to quickly diagnose a problem that 3 other HVAC companies had failed to do. I had a heating duct that was disconnected from my furnace upstairs. The heat wasn't flowing through the ducts, but instead was heating up the floor itself. The previous company to come out said that fixing the problem would mean poking a number of holes into the ceiling to locate the problem and estimated that it would cost a couple of thousand dollars. They helpfully offered to charge me $10,000 (!) for a mini-split to work around the actual problem.I called Adams Heating and Cooling instead. Brian located the problem after about 10 minutes of inspection. He came back the next day and fixed it, making one small hole in the ceiling. He repaired the drywall and completely cleaned up after the job, which was easy because he didn't make much of a mess. Cost: $650! A long term problem has been solved, and I'm a happy customer for life!“
“I had a great experience with Select Home Improvements. I met with Noah who was referred to me by my aunt. He explained the Anlin windows in great detail to me and my sister. We ended up getting 10 windows and a sliding glass door done in one day. The workers installed the windows with great care and cleaned up the areas after the project was done. Noah Reeves and Bill Stein were both very nice and professional, and were very pleasant to work with. Our house is cooler when it's hot, and the windows block a lot of the outside noise.
