“This is a welcoming community. It’s a great mix of all backgrounds, ages, and levels. I noticed it’s a very non-judgmental space where you can just come and be. Lauren and Elise are amazing teachers and they provide modifications for all skill levels and injuries. I’m just finishing up my two week trial and I think I’m going to stick with it. I didn’t give them five stars because the studio Isn’t cleaned as often as it should be. A lot of dust and hair accumulates in the studio so floors should be cleaned between classes.”
