Mind Garden – A Gathering Place is a unique healing center and community venue. It offers a tranquil and healing atmosphere, serving as a quick get-away to nourish, grow, and explore. The space provides yoga and meditation, both indoor and outdoor, alongside holistic and cutting-edge mental health therapy, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, and acupuncture all under one roof. It is also a perfect and beautiful venue for intimate events like small weddings, wedding receptions, anniversary parties, engagement parties, and baby showers. Guests describe it as absolutely beautiful, amazing, and cute, receiving countless compliments. The property features a large, beautiful outdoor space with lots of seating and tables, as well as an indoor space with a long conference table. Tea and water are available. The owners and staff are a joy to work with, described as very accommodating, professional, and easy to communicate with, offering excellent and ongoing communication. For wellness, the high quality of care and rejuvenating sessions, such as Yin Yoga, help individuals feel centered, healed, and cared about. The small classes ensure everyone feels seen and heard in a safe, supportive community.
Not only is this the most beautiful studio in the best location, but everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming since day one. My first experience at Mind Garden was taking one of Kim’s Vin/Yin classes, and I was instantly hooked. She is one of the sweetest and most down-to-earth yoga teachers I’ve ever met. No matter your skill level, Kim always makes you feel comfortable, supported, and right at home. Her experience and knowledge truly shine through in every class. I highly recommend both Kim and the studio to anyone looking for an amazing yoga community

What a healing atmosphere and experience just walking in! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it felt like we were already best friends. Such a high quality of care from the start of my experience. She let me explore quietly as the other class finished and its truly a tranquil space. There is tea and water as well as a long conference table you can viist with others at. There is a large outdoor space with lots of seating and tables. The session I had was so rejuvenation- I felt honestly so healed by my Yin Yoga session, I felt centered and cared about by the instructor. The classes are small and you feel seen and heard. Everyone was healing in this class and one lady even took a little snooze and the instructor covered her with a blanket. She must have needed it and felt like it was safe to do so. I love this healing center and cant wait to bring friends here.
