Omg I just love them so much, specially Robin and Bobby. they are my favs, beautiful people. I always leave their class super happy ? ❤️Good energy and vibes❤️ 5:30 am is definitely my favorite time to do Hot Yoga I love Elise too. Highly recommend ❤️
Hot Yoga at Sunrise has become a very special part of my community. I love the beautiful location near the river and the regular yogis I see each week. It has also impacted my health and well being in profound ways. A huge shout out to Elise, Erin, Patti and Robin for being amazing instructors, pushing me to do more than I ever thought I could, lovingly guiding each of us as individuals to reach our potential, mind-body-and spirit. Thank you all!
I hesitate to give a great review here -- only because I don't want class sized to get so full that I no longer have a spot! But seriously, I'm pretty particular about yoga studios/instructors, and I really love this place. Great vibe, great variety of classes and instructors. Of course no sooner did I become a regular for @2 months, than the pandemic shut them down. I'm hopeful they are able to survive this difficult time for small businesses, because this is a special studio.
