I LOVE this studio ! It is always so clean , cutely decorated , and the staff is incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions or resolve an issue. The waitlists can be long but numerous times I’ve been #6 and got into the class !

Been attending for 2 years and I love it! Classes are great and while the waitlist can be daunting more often than not I get in! Enjoying the results and this is the longest I’ve been consistent with a particular exercise

I have been a member since 2018 and taken over 1,500 multi-level classes. The Pilates instructor s are knowledgeable and challenge us with each class. to provide a mind/ body experience. Sunrise Club is a cozy, welcoming environment. The studio manager, Valerie is accommodating and listens to her members.
