“I used YELP Request and a lot of repairmen answered, I started to use Prime HVAC first. Red flags and my gut was going off with this guy Tony from Prime HVAC I will NOT recommend Tony, he didn't know what he was doing and told me my refrigerator door will always close like it did. I dismissed him and got ahold of Ahmad with 4Wires Appliances. He came over and agreed with me by adding a washer to the door and adjusting the refrigerator to balance, he also cleaned my condenser for free. He cleaned up the mess perfectly, it was like he was never here. He will come back and replace my ice maker, he did not have that special component, but everything else he had. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. Very nice gentleman. He knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him“

“Called Five Star and spoke to Steve, Told him my washing machine was making a strange noise but no water coming or moving. After listening to the machine noise through the phone, Steve had me turn the dial a couple of times, lift the lid , press start and the dang thing started. He diagnosed problem over the phone, amazing. He is going to be my technician the next time I need any appliance repair.“
“The bearings were going out in my 10-year old, front-load, LG washing machine. Due to its age and the urgency of my need to have it working, I bought the parts, and a friend and I used YouTube to repair it. It took us three days, but we got it all changed out! However, now the drum would not rotate. After three additional, unsuccessful attempts, I called a professional, who spent two-hours and needed to return the next morning to finish the diagnosis, but they never returned. No one wanted to help because I had attempted to self-repair, but Tim came out the same day. It was difficult to diagnose, but Tim eliminated each cause, until it came down to the wiring. Tim took it to his shop to have access to other wire diagnostic tools, where he finally was able to isolate the issue and perform the repairs. Despite it being Mother's Day, and having already made several trips to my home, Tim delivered my working washer! I am grateful for Tim's honesty, transparent and fair billing, and commitment to completing the task he started. He is a dependable man. The lesson I learned was that it was not cheaper to DIY, and ended up costing me two-weeks without a working machine, and more money had I hired Tim first. Thank you, Tim! It was a job well-done!“

Their quote was significantly less than a different company's quote to replace all of the same parts with new Sub-Zero parts.
