“When my 84 year old father needed a new heating and air conditioning system in the beginning of July during the heat wave, I searched online for the best company and Galaxy heating and air was our first choice. After reading the reviews on all platforms and Better Business Bureau. We called the Galaxy and made an appointment. They were very patient with my father answered all of our questions and even came out a second time to answer more questions before doing the installation. We got a top-of-the-line system Trane/Americian Standard since both my father and myself both have Trane systems and both have lasting over 20 plus years we decided the same would be best. The Installation team was top-notch In and out in one full day. They cleaned up so well you would’ve never known they were there. My father couldn’t be happier Because his house is immaculate. Again, These gentlemen were professional, and very Respectful of my father and his property. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work in getting my dad’s new system in so quickly. “What great service all around. Found out my air conditioner stopped working and it was 10pm on a Saturday night. They were able to come on a Sunday at 2pm. Diagnosed and repaired in 70 minutes. David was very nice and poor guy had to work in the attic for about 40 minutes. It was 97 outside, so much hotter in the attic. My transformer and fuse to the furnace (which is connected to the AC connections outside). House is only 6 years, so I was praying for a 'repair' bill and not a 'replace' bill.
