Called Five Star and spoke to Steve, Told him my washing machine was making a strange noise but no water coming or moving. After listening to the machine noise through the phone, Steve had me turn the dial a couple of times, lift the lid , press start and the dang thing started. He diagnosed problem over the phone, amazing. He is going to be my technician the next time I need any appliance repair.

Great company easy to deal with in every aspect! Tech was on time courteous and respectful. He explained the procedure clearly so that even my elderly neighbor knew what was going on!

The spring on our oven broke. We called on a Tuesday within 24 hours (only because he had to order the part or he probably would have fixed it within a couple of hours) Steve was at our house, and the oven was fixed, and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Five-star appliance repair. Great service, very professional, and a huge thank you!
