“First Visit:
I had a 2006 refrigerator stop working a week before Thanksgiving. The Tech helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone and then came on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the relay for me. It cost me 190.00 and it saved me buying a new refrigerator!!! Very honest and they know their business!

Second Visit:
My 25 year old Washer broke When they came out they said upfront that parts were not available. They also said that they had seen this issue before and knew what the problem was. A spring broke that keeps the washer balanced while spinning and they showed me where it was. Fortunately, my spring did not break, the hole in the frame broke. I was able to drill a new hole and re-attach the spring and fix it myself. Quick service and I got my washer fixed for the price of a service call!
