“This is hard to believe but I swear it is true. Dale is phenomnol and stands out like a bright light in today's customer service world. I called him recently when my 17 year old dishwasher stopped draining. I could have replaced it but my life is very busy and it would have been so much easier to get it repaired than to start shopping. My husband thought the pump went out. So... I called Dale, explained that my old dishwasher stopped draining- literally from one wash to the next. On the phone call he told me he thought he knew what might fix it, and explained to me and my husband exactly what we should try on our own. That he was willing to do that was hard to believe. Even harder to believe is that we followed his instructions and it worked!!! Hallelujah. It was not something straightforward we could have come up with on our own. He literally knew by a phone call what we should try first to fix the machine and he shared that knowledge. He is amazing, kind, thoughtful and obviously extrememly knowledgeable about appliance repair!! Given my experience, the few negative reviews don't make sense to me, there has to be more to the story. He also repaired my 30 year old washing machine a few years ago. This guy was absolutely beyond helpful and he is a gift to the the community. Thank you Dale!!!“
