Ben the owner of IC Appliance repair is very knowledgeable, honest and he is very prompt in responding to calls. He is efficient and gets the job done very quickly. He always has the parts needed for repairs in his van to do the job the same day. He doesn’t have to come back out to finish the job. Ben was helpful, competent, and reasonably priced. He fixed my stove quickly but also educated me on a problem I asked him about with my oven and washer and dryer. He was even helpful on a completely unrelated drywall repair. He was just personable, kind, and helpful.

I needed a refrigerator shelf repaired due to a broken frame. The part that was ordered for the repair was not the problem so Ben searched for a replacement frame & was having trouble finding one so in the meantime, he made his own repair "part" that worked as a perfect substitute for the frame. You will not find a more honest & kind repair person. I HIGHLY recommend this business JS Roseville
