Put in a service request this morning. Tech came out just after lunch and the repair is already done. Quick, prompt, courteous and successful. Can't ask for much more than that!Would definitely use Prime again!!!

Like others, I phoned because of the high reviews. I'm happy to say the service, both over the phone and in person live up to the 5 star ratings. Kim arrived promptly to our appointment time, and got to work right away. He took our 23 year old Dacor double oven out of the wall, diagnosed the issue, and was able to repair it so we are good to go for the holidays. No mess, no damage, gave us details on what could have caused the issue and what to look out for, and offered a 3 month warranty on our repair, which we are very happy with. It is clear he has many many years of experience and understands different brands, I would trust him with other appliances in our home. Kim was very clean, and respectful. I expressed to the scheduler over the phone that we do not wear shoes in the house; Kim received that message and removed his shoes before entering our home. I'm very happy that I found this company and will use them for future appliance repairs, since they repair every major appliance. Also, the schedulers over the phone were all very professional, polite and kind. I had to reschedule and it was no problem at all. They follow up with phone call and text. So easy. Great service.
