Alex responded to my request quickly and he had his technician coming out within a few hours . While the house call (diagnostic fee ) is not free I appreciate that he told me up front . Eugene is a very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend sunrise appliance repair !
I called 2 days ago because my moms washer wasn't spinning properly. The owner came out this morning. He was reliable, honest and very knowledgeable. Recommended that we purchase a new one , because repair costs would be high. Definitely use this company again in the future. An appreciative customer
Alex is Awesome. It is rare these days to find a business that truly puts the customer first. We had an issue with are refrigerator and they were prompt and professional in mitigating the problem. I highly recommend Sunrise Appliance! I would give 6 stars if I could!
