We recently bought a new house and knew nothing about our AC unit. Had been working okay, but wanted to know how it was doing and what kind of longevity it still had.Grigg air came by and did a comprehensive examination. It needed a new sensor and more coolant. They had everything they needed to get the job done. They completed everything quickly and answered all the questions we had.Immediately the AC started to be cooler than we expected and it had been working fine up until now. Jerry came to my house to fix my AC today, same day appointment. I had a disreputable HVAC company come a few days ago to do a tune up on my AC through my home warranty company (they chose them, I did not), and less than 24 hours later our AC went kaput. I called Jerry, and he was able to get to my house same day today. He was quick to respond, including Texts, and luckily he had the right part for my unit. My capacitor was blown, probably because the last tech messed with it. Anyway, Jerry knows what he's talking about, he is courteous, and his pricing was fair.
