We had our old and outdated whole house fan die on us and desperate to not be without it we called Fanman. Tom (owner) came out and provided a great and reasonable estimate and a week later we had a new, updated, and quieter whole house fan installed! The Whole install to clean up was done within two hours. Our new fan works better than our old fan ever did, not to mention that the switch is able to be controlled remotely via app now. Our fan install also came with a light and fire alarm in the attic. Not only do we have a more efficient fan but we also have peace of mind. Rhe Fan Man is the best. We use our fan nightly year round. In the summer all night long. It helps cool the house so daytime air conditioning is used less. The fan is so quite, I can't even hear it running. The owners are very competent and get the installation done right. The fan is a workhorse!
