“I’ve been rehabbing my shoulder for several months with Sarah at Bespoke Del Mar. I can’t say enough good things about Sarah’s expertise, fun nature, and kindness. She makes me look forward to PT rather than dread it! I am about 90% better and have avoided surgery or injections so yay. Bespoke is wonderful because you get the whole hour with your DPT - no assistants. And if you’re on Medicare it is covered fully by insurance. I love this place.“
